Deactivate/Delete the ASM Policy in 13.0.0

Anyone has idea to deactivate/delete the ASM policy in Ver 13.0.0? I am unable to do so.

    I'm guessing the answer is more complex than browsing to the 

    Security ›› Application Security: Security Policies: Policies List
    page, checking the policy you want to delete, and clicking the Delete button.
