DDos protection and GTM ?

Can i combine the Silverline Cloud based Scrubbing service whit a GTM WideIP based loadballance setup.

 

In Silverline Proxy mode, The GTM WideIP will see the Nat pool source ip's from Silverline as sources for all scrubbed trafic. Will GTM work?

 

In Routed mode BGP announcements of /24 subnets are in scope. But we can not let Silverline BGP announce a /24 Address space's for the single Virtual Server ip's, resolved in the WideIP address pool's. These pools are quite small.

    You are better off asking F5's Silverline team. This is a relatively new product and I think they can answer your questions. There are a few inbuilt DoS prevention mechanism that might be useful but not as good as Silverline.
