Can i combine the Silverline Cloud based Scrubbing service whit a GTM WideIP based loadballance setup.   In Silverline Proxy mode, The GTM WideIP will see the Nat pool source ip's from Silverline ...

You are better off asking F5's Silverline team. This is a relatively new product and I think they can answer your questions. There are a few inbuilt DoS prevention mechanism that might be useful but not as good as Silverline.
