Database Access

I am having trouble with applications that run on the desktop but must access a database on our network. Full Access and starting the application never seems to find the database or log in window. An application tunnel starts the application and asks for login and password but then just grinds away - never makes a connection. The specific application I am having trouble with now is AdWatch.

    Hey,

     

     

    Could be DNS related? You're using full Network Access right? If so, you may want to make sure you have basic connectivity in place over the Network Access connection (ping the database server IP) and it works via DNS (ping the database server using its FQDN).
