How do I add image in the custom response page on the ASM? Do I use ifile and perform a "GET" after http 200 response?

MVPim afraid that will be tricky. in general your html code would link to an image, but that does't seem possible with ifiles from what i see. do you have APM by chance? it has the possibility to host files on the big-ip, you could link to there then.
you can of course also link to a file on a different website.
