Custom information in ASM block response pages

Hi, I've to insert some useful information in custom block pages in order to have evidences and build a redirect button (redirect to site's homepage) but I don't know if there are others variables like TS.request.ID().

 

In detail, reported below, all information that I should extract from the blocked request:

 

• Support ID (ok, there is TS.request.ID variable)
• Client IP Address
• ASM Block time
• Host requested
