Creating custom HTTPS health monitor.

Need some assistance with trying to configure an HTTPS custom Health monitor with a response of 200. Is it possible to use the whole url example below when creating the monitor on the LTM?   https...

When you create the monitor, specify port 9005 in the "Alias Service Port" field.
