Create a F5 VE in Azure without marketplace
Hi:
The first point is that I don't want to use the marketplace of azure to create my F5.
I have to create an F5 VE in Azure, I wanna know if I can create my F5 in azure with the same steps that I use to create one VE in VMware:
- Create a VM in VMware with the necessary requirements.
- Add my network cards with the Vlans
- Install my F5 version, etc.
- The steps to create an F5 in Vmware are specified in the next URL: https://support.f5.com/content/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/bigip-ve-setup-vmware-esxi-11-5-0/_jcr_content/pdfAttach/download/file.res/BIG-IP_Virtual_Edition_Setup_Guide_for_VMware_ESXi.pdf
Or If I need to follow the next steps: https://clouddocs.f5.com/cloud/public/v1/azure/Azure_download.html. But I don't know how to create new network cards or if I just need one NIC.
I will appreciate your help.

You need to follow the clouddocs version you are referencing:

With regards to multiple NICs in Azure this document explains it all in detail:

You can deploy an ARM template which does all the magic for you. Check out our Github page. Here's a sample template for a standalone BIG-IP with 3-NICs.
Lots of good info in the README file.
