CRC32 implementation

Hi all

 

 

I am working on a utility in .NET to output the value of the crc32 hash that big ip calculates, for our internal troubleshooting tools. Is the crc32 implementation available as source/sample .net dll's? Appreciate any guidance on this.

    Hi Subbu,

     

     

    I'd open a case with F5 Support requesting this information. Hopefully they'll be able to provide you with details on the CRC32 algorithm used in iRules. I would guess that it's based on the TCL CRC library which is open source:
