CPU HIGH IN LTM VIPRION

I need to understand that these logs are generating a balancer, which is a Guest who is in a team VIPRION product Vcmp found in version 11.3 both the chassis and the Guest, the platform is in a scheme of HA between Guest and stanlond between chassis.

These logs are generated repetitively and the cpu view from the dashboard appears in 93%
