You can view/reset the VIP stats using 'b virtual':

 

 

b virtual VIP_NAME or b virtual VIP_NAME stats

 

 

and

 

 

b virtual VIP_NAME stats reset

 

 

You could do this and scp the output via a script called from crontab.
