NimbostratusCouldn't connect to terminal server xxxxx's desktop
After vpn connection is established, cannot view desktop remotely. Downloading files from server is fine. Viewing only Java desktop is fine. But both viewing desktop in non-java and high-res modes give this error message: " Couldn't connect to terminal server xxxxx's desktop". What is causing the problem? Both chrome & IE exhibit same problem.
My environment:
vista home premium 64-bit
chrome 5.0.375.125
IE 8.0.6001.18928

I have not come across any problems using any of the Microsoft XP, Vista & 7 64-bit products. May I ask what version of Firepass you are using and if possible run the f5win info debug tool? The tool can be obtained off the firepass client download section. Paste the F5win info log here if possible.
