copy exisitng LTM config to new LTM

just in case you have not yet noticed. there is rma option when restoring configuration.

root@ve10(Active)(tmos) load sys ucs config.ucs ?
Options:
  rma         Load full configuration from a UCS file except license file. This
              command mostly is for RMA use.

if there is any issue after restoring, loading configuration (e.g. tmsh load sys config) would show what wrong is. then you should be able to fix it one by one.
