MVPeasiest way depends on your tools and access. but a simple scp (https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K175) from one box to the other should be possible.
in principe just overwriting the existing one and do a reload config should work, not sure on support when it fails. end of this video shows what you can do there: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gt76detw_t4
