Nov 05, 2009Cookie persistency Insert method....
under persistence profile, I created a new profile and selected cookie insert and also selected "cookie name" and gave it a name.
When I look on the client, I don't see the "cookie name" at all...this is what gets inserted from the F5:
file file is:
"username"@10.153.60[1]
File content:
default_site
4
10.153.60.47/
1024
2864505472
30112968
3084333504
30039576

Should I actually be seeing the name in plain text or is it hashed?

If you don't specify a session timeout on the cookie insert persistence profile, LTM will send the client a session cookie. This will be stored in memory by the client--not on the filesystem.
