Cookie Encryption Persistence not functioning

Cookie Encryption Persistnece doesnt seem to be working with IBM websphere ODR's. In the logs I can see the same connection bouncing to other servers in the pool. When I remove encryption everything works fine.

    Are you using OneConnect profile ? When using L7 persistence or decision making, it is better to use OneConnect for better decision making.
