cookie decrypt performance

Hi

 

Checking iRule performance using 'timing on' shows huge difference between using unencrypted cookie and having to decrypt cookie.

 

 

In this case the cookie is the ip address of the server so the only reason for encryption is so the real address of the server is not seen. We don't need complicated encryption.

 

 

Is there a more efficient way handle this?
