If BIG IP standby peer is converted to Active are connections reset or standby peer has connections as Active before it converted.
I need solution to prevent connections on standby(when it become active)from resetting ,I need connections to continue not to reset from beginning when convert from standby to active

Connection mirroring will allow TCP connections during failover. However SSL based may need to re-establish.

If Connection Mirroring is not enabled on a Virtual Server, following failover packets related to an existing connection will elicit a RST from the Virtual Server on the now-active BIG-IP.
