Connections are not seen in F5 when tcpdump

Hi Everyone,

We have Couple of F5 Ltm's which are in HA . We have an issue that some of our customers are trying to send some traffic towards the servers which are behind F5 LTM from a specific IP address on a specific port .We are able to see connections on the firewall that f5 is sending syn-ack messages to the same traffic . Whereas when we tcpdump on F5 LTM , we couldn't see any kind of traffic related to that IP . Can someone help in this regard.
