Connection Pooling

I am looking for some solid examples as to how to enable connection pooling on v9. What I would like to know is as follows:

 

 

1. Can we setup a connection pool and put a default number of connections (e.g. similar to something like weblogic that can open 50 connections and cycle through them)?

 

2. If not, then I suppose the purpose of oneconnect is to reuse connections as they are created?

 

 

Any solid irule examples, or examples period would be greatly appreciated.
