I want to setup bigip so that when it reaches its connection limit, it should fallbackup to a different url.
Is this possible?

- Scott_Tennican_Historic F5 AccountDid you mean to ask whether it is possible to create a rule condition which tests whether all members of a pool are unavailable (e.g. because they have reached their connection limit) and redirect to another URL?
If so, the answer is no. This conditional cannot be constructed because the BIG-IP v4.X rules don't allow you to test pool attributes. Of course, if you have a 3DNS you could do this by testing virtual server attributes on the 3DNS. Also, if you don't really care about changing the URL and really just want to failover to a alternate set of servers, you could use BIG-IP pool priority load balancing to do the job.
