connection limit configurability on F5s

What options would I have in using an F5 to enforce connection limits by end-point? In other words if we have 100 end-point clients, can I create a pool per client, perhaps using a separate port for each? I would like the pool to enforce that each end-point can only have a configurable number of simultaneous connections, e.g. say 100. Once the connection limit is reached can a customized message be issued? Thanks
