Connecting i4600 to Nexus FET-10G SFP

Hello all

 

Does anyone know if the F5 will successfully connect to the Nexus via a FET-10G SFP in the Nexus?

    Hi Eric,

     

    I had a client who did not use SFP from F5. it worked but we upgraded recently and we noticed that it was not supported. We obtained an error and we had to use F5 SFP.

    So your SFP could worked but if you encounter some problem your infra will not supported in this mode...

     

    For info: F5 policies strictly prohibit the use of third-party hardware components with F5 products. For example, third-party power supplies, memory modules, hard disk drives, and XFP/SFP/QSFP+ optical components are not supported for use with F5 products, and may invalidate the product's warranty or inhibit efforts by F5 Customer Support to service or troubleshoot the altered product.
