What are APM SSO configuration parameters for Siebel Call Center?

Hi Greg, the answer to this depends on how you have user authentication/SSO set up on Siebel itself. If you are using Oracle Access Manager, we have 2 solutions with APM.

User Auth only, using the OAM/OID LDAP server: http://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/big-ip-apm-dg.pdf

User Auth and Web Access Control, replacing the Webgate agent on the OHS servers. There are two solutions, one for OAM 10g, and one for OAM 11g:
