Configuring a 3rd F5 device in (sync-Only) mode to be utitilized at Diastery Recovery Site

All devices are on the same network, however is a DR sernario the 3rd device will become the only device online. I was informed that this box needs to be configured in the "Sync-Only" mode...Need ass...
