Configure new LTM from existing LTM config

Hi There, I need to configure a new LTM device with some of the configuration from my existing device and need help on this. Why I cant use the config - copy/paste option is - there would be change in CNAME and the other pool member details, So, i need to use the iApps.

 

What I am looking for is a way to extract the current config in .csv or excel format so that can be re-used with few modifications.
