Configure access to specific path

Hi, I am figuring out the vast capabilities of APM. One that I can't quite seem to get is configuring access to a specific file path (is this a CIFS thing?). For example we have a consultant who will need vpn webtop access only to: \10.44.0.50\PCI-Data\PCI_2014

Is this first configured as Network Access to that subnet and then the path? Any pointers would be great.
