Configuration Shaping by iRule

Hello I try to implement a dynamic shaping by Ip for a passive FTP service.

 

I managed to make it work for a TCP 7777 Service VS but not for the FTP service I believe that data exchange is via a new FTP-DATA connection that I can not identify in the irule. Can you help me
