Config Sync on 11.x versions

I am having issues w/config sync on my pair of LTM's. The peer LTM is showing as offline. For some reason both my LTM's went into active/active state. Any assistance is determining what may be wrong with LTM config sync configuration in 11.6 version?

    I would recommend checking this out: SOL13946

     

    Normally, both devices would go into active/active state when there is no breakdown in communication between the 2 devices. Also, did you check the /var/log/ltm file for any information ?
