Config Sync Issue

LTM's are not able to sync configuration with each other. Below are tmsh output from LTM. Could someone please help me to further troubleshoot this issue:   (cfg-sync Sync Failed)(Active)(/Common)...

To sync active to standby you must match following things for both active and standby devices

 

  1. Admin account and credentials
  2. You should be able to telnet on port 443 to VLAN peer IP which you configured for synchronization
  3. Clock should match on both devices

Can you try below command from active device:

 

tmsh run cm config-sync-to-group device_trust_group
