Config Syc Error - 9.x
When performing a config sync as the user 'root', I receive this error. I feel that it is a simple fix..but the answer to this escapes me... haha I did 9.x long ago... can't remember.
--What "Authorization" is required? I hav verified that the sync password hashes are the same on the "Active" and on the "Standby"
What else do I need to check?
root@bigip2:Active] ~ b config sync Synchronizing Master Keys... Saving active configuration... SOAPException: 'Unexpected return code: 401 F5 Authorization Required'
Authorization failure. Make sure user ID and password are correct. Transport and install failed Error running config sync all. BIGpipe parsing error: 01110001:3: Error running config sync all

I am guessing the configsync username/password (admin user/passerword is the default configsync username/password) is not the same on both the devices. Try resetting the admin username/password on both the F5 devices and run config sync again.
