Hello!
If the ASM license is an add-on license it will fall under the support contract of the device you have activated it on. There is not a separate support contract required for additional licenses that you add to the device. If you are needing to see the support on your device you can visit https://secure.f5.com/Infopage/index.jsp Using your myf5.com login there is an option for Product Information Request where you can request the support details for your device.
