Clarification of "TCP CSYN" and "UDP CS" in TMSH Reference

In TMSH documentation associated with

/ltm profile fastl4
's
pva-offload-state
attribute, the text refers to "TCP CSYN" and "UDP CS". What are these two terms?

  • can you just show the full text you get?

    mine says

pva-offload-state Specifies at what stage the ePVA performs hardware offload. embryonic implies TCP SYN or first UDP packet, establish implies 3WAY handshaking or CS round trip confirmed.

so i see no TCP CSYN, but regular SYN.

i do see CS, which might be Client Side. in any case i assume it means it will only be offloaded if there has been a UDP response.
