Citrix Xendesktop Toolbar

Hi

 

I was able to successful deploy the fronting of the Citrix Xendesktop by using the iApp that is available.

 

SSO, APM, etc is working perfectly the one issue that the Support team is not requesting is that the Webtop have the same options that the Xendesktop Toolbar has. These include being able to right-click on the required Virtual Desktop and select to restart it.

 

What steps do I need to follow to ensure that when users login via APM that they can see similar screen to the StoreFront and Xendesktop Toolbar.

    Try adding the following ICA parameter to the BIG-IP citrix remote desktop profile:

     

    [Application]

     

    ConnectionBar=1

     

    I am told it does not work with all clients, but it works for the clients I have tested.

      Thank you Greg it worked perfectly. Need to get one additional thing working that Storefront does. It gives the user the option to Start\Restart the VM.
