citrix xenapp 6.5 receiver error
hi,
We have citrix environment and suddenly since last week,all users who are loggin into xenapp6.5 published desktop are getting popup inside xenapp server that citrix receiver could not contact server.
Please help to fix this

Hi Girish,
Can you describe your environment. BIGIP release, modules uses (APM or not) …
The first check could be the certificate. Check its validity (on BIGIP and citrix server). The second check could be the apmd process. Check the logs (tail -f /var/log/apm) The third check could be the reverse proxy process. Check the logs (tail -f /var/log/ltm)
