Someone please tell me which ip address is asking about & where i did mistake?

Hi, if you have LTM only, it's normal. LTM does not proxy ICA protocol.

 

So ICA file received by the receiver, is proposing a local/internal IP address. You have to add APM module in order to support ICA proxy. This module will add SSLProxyHost parameter in ICA file.

HI Matthieu Dierick thanks for your help. It seems i have to use APM.

 

APM is the way to go but for now I have opted to use the CSG as the ICA proxy. So essentially my Web Interface VS has the CSG as a pool member. I also had to enable SSL passthrough.

 

Would you please tell me what is CSG here. if its working for them then it should work for me as well. Please help

 

And if the APM is the only way please tell me how can i do that with APM.

If you want to use CSG, you have to set CSG in order to proxy ICA from public access (I don't remember the gateway mode to use). That's means CSG has to know the public FQDN and patch ICA for that. CSG reads HTTP headers in order to know that. You can keep LTM in front of CSG.

 

With APM, APM will connect directly to Citrix infrastructure and patch the ICA for you. CSG is not mandatory in that case. There is only one check box to check in Virtual Server.

Citrix Secure Gateway. Can be used as ICA proxy. CSG publish your StoreFront and proxy ICA. LTM can be used just to load balance CSG.

 

Be careful regarding the persistance on LTM.
