No, you only need the url for the PNAgent. Please check to make sure the data group APM_Citrix_PNAgentProtocol is not present. Also, what version of BIG-IP are you running and what version of Windows Receiver is being used?

There is also APM_Citrix_PNAgentProtocol object. Have I to delete it? I'm using version 11.4.1 with Receiver 4.1.
