Citrix online plugin v 12

Hello,

 

 

I have used deployment guide to configure citrix application. Communication is directly with XML broker.

 

 

I am having citrix online plugin vesion 12 and 11. Version 11 works fine but version 12 keeps giving an error of cannot connect to server. Are there any workarounds for this issue ?
