CirrusI can tell you that F5 devices are compatible with Cisco Nexus. We have N3K & N7K switches connecting to different F5 platforms (1600, 3600, 3900, 2000, 2200, Viprions etc) but I can't answer for the specific models that you have requested. However, I am assuming it would work based on related experience.
