The scripts are quite old, the configuration they provide is not 100%. I've tried several configurations with them and ended up just rebuilding the config by myself. It converts rservers, probes and server farms. The converted config however needs to be changed in order to be used on 11.4. If you have the ip addresses you can build a basic configuration using scripts and just do the tricky things from GUI.
