Checking/Killing a session
Origin address : 10.10.10.10 ( internal user )
Translation address : Real-IP=X.X.X.X
when i changed the translation address to "Real-Ip=Y.Y.Y.Y" i found that the translation is still happening to old one " Real-IP=X.X.X.X" .
i restarted the F5 services from CLI , after that it started to use the new one

Yes, the change is only applied to new connections.
ow can i check the current session on my BIGIP ?
tmsh show sys conn or b conn show. See the help pages for options to filter the results.

Same as above. Just use delete with the b conn or tmsh sys conn command you used to view the SNAT connections.
