Nov 20, 2012With Cisco devices you can issue a show interface command and get information that can help you know determine one way or the other if there is a cabled plugged in. Doesn't say it's plugged in, but I can resonable assume that if it says protocal up then I know there is a cable plugged in.
I did find: "b interface show" but it doesn't really go indepth more than the GUI.
Guess I'm making a drive.. :-)
