Changing host names

In a VCMP with 2150 blade guests on 11.6.1 HF2 and changing guest hostnames; is it advisable to change at host? Config utility? Or is it suitable to also change at individual LTM level config utility...

Twice i have updated host name but no issue observed. Please go through f5 article and device trust need to built again. Do it in Lab environment if not comfortable.

Is it advisable to change at host? 

Not require, You can change Guest name

Config utility? Or is it suitable to also change at individual LTM level config utility or vi editor? 

It’s up to you; which way you are comfortable but I will suggest you to change host name via GUI.
