Change DNS name used by remote clients to access your Citrix environment

In iAPP you need to set the DNS name used by remote clients to access your Citrix environment. For various reasons I won't get into- I need to change this setting for an existing APM config but can't use iApp to do it. Where can I manually change this setting? I have looked all over.
