Can't get logging to work

See the irule below. It is not working so I added a couple of lines for logging, but nothing shows up in the logs. The F5 accepts the rule syntax but I can't get anything to respond to it.   Lastl...

Has the iRule been applied against a virtual server? The logging should be in the /var/log/ltm file, just to clarify.
