Can't download file from portal

Hi All,

 

I am facing the issue as below:

 

when trying to download a file from portal on https protocal, I reive the message "Internet Explorer can't down load the file .aspx from portal...". I think this is the issue with response header from f5 with no cache. I dont know it is is right or not and how to fix it.

 

I appreciate if someone can help me.
