Cannot update/disable iRule

Im not sure why but changing an iRule does not apply.

 

Even if I remove the irule from the resources of the VS it still looks like it is applied to all incoming traffic.

 

Is this a normal behaviour?

 

Can I somehow force it offline or force it to update on all current connections or new ones?

    [wrong]Changes to an iRule should apply immediately to all connections assuming those connections hit an event in the rule.

     

     

    What version are you running? Sounds like a bug.[/wrong]

    The behavior could be normal for exiting and for persistent connections. The LTM keeps your prvious version of the config live for those.

    Apologies, Mohammed is absolutely correct. Note Data Group changes are 'picked up' immediately. If you're desperate/impatient, you could use 'tmsh delete sys conn' to remove existing connections.
