Cannot update/disable iRule

Im not sure why but changing an iRule does not apply.   Even if I remove the irule from the resources of the VS it still looks like it is applied to all incoming traffic.   Is this a normal beh...

Apologies, Mohammed is absolutely correct. Note Data Group changes are 'picked up' immediately. If you're desperate/impatient, you could use 'tmsh delete sys conn' to remove existing connections.
