Cannot turn off strict updates
Can you please try restarting below services and then check.
tmsh restart /sys service httpd tmsh restart /sys service tomcat.

Hi I found out it was ok to run those commands so went ahead and did it but still getting the same issue

No there isn't any significant increase in utilisation
