Cannot ping the servers behind F5 which is acting as the default gateway

hello,

 

i have my BIG-IP configured as the default gateway for the servers and have them in two VLANS 10.154.62.0/25 and 10.154.63.0/25 and also have a forwarding vs with all ports enabled but still unable to ping the servers. when i do a trace route for any of the server the request is timing out at one of the selfip's of the F5. please advice the possible solutions. thanks in advance.

    Can you ping the servers from the F5 ? Assuming you can ping the servers from the F5, what protocol have you set in the Forwarding VS ?

     

    In the forwarding VS, use:

     

    Type: Forwarding (IP)

     

    Protocol: All Protocol
